Leadership

After close to 10 years of growth, VVI is in the position of having one of the best and brightest minds in the human capital and talent strategy business. Our team leader — and the consultant consortium she brings with her —  possess graduate degrees, hold advanced HR certification and have decades of human resources and organization development experience across large and small, profit and nonprofit, domestic and global organizations. Whether it’s the team leader alone, or with her colleagues, VVI employs a strategic, cross-functional perspective that focuses on cultivating talent, optimizing performance, delivering results and strengthening competitive position.

VVI’s success is based on these founding principles. They serve as the framework for what we believe in and for how we interact in all our client engagements.

We are responsive, energetic, innovative and imaginative people interested in sharing your passion for your business. But hey, while we take our client engagements very seriously, we also believe that building relationships and having fun is an important part of the process.
